My July Ipsy Bag!

Hiii my loves,

Hope everyone is enjoying their summer! We definitely are in my house. We've been doing a lot of fun outings with the kids and friends lately. I can't believe they go back to school in just a few short weeks. I'm half sad because we've had such an awesome summer, but I'm also half relieved because I'll get a break from the craziness that summer break entails. 😂

I got my first Ipsy bag in the mail earlier this week and wanted to share what I received with you all! Here's what I got:

1.) Simple Micellar Makeup Remover Eye Pads
I've actually tried these before so I was pretty excited to get them in my bag. It wasn't a sample either, it's full size with 30 pads in there which is awesome.

2.) Eyeko Skinny Liquid Eyeliner
I ended up giving this to a friend because I like gel liners better personally (for my top lid) and pencil liners for my waterline. I have way too many eyeliners as is. I've heard great things about this though and it's a high end brand so I'm sure she'll enjoy it.

3.) Elizabeth Mott Tapered Blending Brush
I was really happy to see this when I opened my bag because it's one of the things I was hoping to get when I saw other people's Ipsy bags this month. I've been using it everyday since I got it and I'm super impressed with it. It blends so nicely and doesn't cause any fallout. It's a great brush.

4.) ella eden Single Eyeshadow
I have similar colors to this shadow in quite a few of my palettes and way too many eyeshadows as it is, so I gave this away also. It's a very pretty color though and the reviews on it are great so I'm hoping my friend enjoys this one too.

5.) Josie Maran Whipped Argan Oil Face Butter
This is the product I was the most excited about receiving. I've been using it every night since I got it during my before bed skin care routine and I already see a noticeable difference in my skin. It makes my skin so smooth but doesn't make it oily at all. I am definitely going to buy the full size of this product when the one I received runs out.

The Last 10 Things I've Googled...

Good morning, Beauties!

I am subscribed to a lot of different blogs, and recently I saw quite a few of them do a post about the last 10 things they Googled. I thought it would be fun to do also, and it's a great way to get to know the person behind the blog! Here's the last 10 things I googled.

1. Catherine Paiz 

If you watch the ACE Family YouTube channel, you'll know who she is. For those who don't, she's a huge YouTuber that has a channel with her fiance Austin McBroom and their adorable daughter, Elle. There was recently some rumors that came out about her past, so I was doing some detective work (AKA being nosey). 😂

2. GoFundMe Customer Service Number

I currently have a GoFundMe set up because my mom passed away unexpectedly on Mother's Day this year. She was cremated and is currently in a plastic box that is taped shut. 😔 (That's what she was given to us in.) The money is going toward getting her the beautiful urn that she deserves and also going toward renting a moving truck to drive down to South Carolina (where she was living) from Chicago (where we live) to go through everything and bring back all of our family mementos, furniture, etc. Here is the link if you would like to donate.  Anything is appreciated greatly. Anyway I had a question for them about the account and was trying to find a phone number or email address for their customer service.

3. Pizza Hut Coupon Codes 2018

This is pretty self-explanatory but we were getting pizza for dinner and why not save money wherever we can?! 😉 (By the way we found coupon codes for a large 2-topping for $7. Yesss! 😂)

4. 16G Piercing Needle

I had a Monroe piercing for a few years which I loved. I had to take it out for a while and it closed, but not completely. I was buying a 16 gauge piercing needle so I could re-pierce it myself since it wasn't closed all the way yet.

5. FedEx Tracking

Again, pretty self-explanatory but I have a couple packages I'm waiting on and I wanted to know where they were.

6. Keke Do You Love Me Lyrics

Everyone is going crazy over the Keke Do You Love Me Challenge lately so I got bored and looked up the lyrics. 🤷‍♀️

7. Why is Showbiz Shelly on Kiss FM?

Showbiz Shelly is a very popular radio personality that was on the radio station b96 for years. Recently I turned on the radio and heard her on Kiss FM (which is the #1 competition for b96) and I wanted to know why. Apparently she switched stations and that was a huge shock to me.

8. Can a Samsung Galaxy J7 phone case fit on a Samsung Galaxy J7 Perx??

Pretty self explanatory, again. 😉

9. What is a soft cleft palate?

In a mom's group I'm in on Facebook, someone was talking about how their daughter had a soft cleft palate and had surgery for it. I've heard of a cleft palate before and knew what that was but didn't know the difference between a hard cleft palate and a soft cleft palate so I wanted to look it up.

10. What is Harlequin Ichthyosis?

Again, I was looking up a term I heard in a mom's group and wanted to know what it was.
